Spring Revive Schedule of Events

Wrap up Spring Break with a family-friendly day of wellness and community at Whose Books!

This event is FREE and open to the public! 

10:30am - 11:00am

Story time featuring books by Susan Verde, I Am Yoga, I Am Peace, and Hey, Wall 

11:10am - 11:50am

Zumba class with Martha Palacios! Come ready to boost your mood, endurance and confidence while dancing to an infectious playlist. All levels welcome.

12:00pm - 1:00pm

Mindfulness sessions inside Voyager I, an immersive, mobile well-being studio by OutLoud Dallas and Uplift Education. (15 mins. per session). Led by Alejandro Perez, Jr. 

1:00pm - 1:40pm

Yoga class with Ebony Smith, Founder/CEO of Yoga N Da Hood. All levels welcome. Some mats will be available for use. 

2:00pm - 2:30pm

Story time featuring Oye, Muro by Susan Verde. Hora de cuento presentando Oye, Muro de Susan Verde (en español).

2:40pm - 3:20pm

Yoga class with Marcos Carrillo. All levels welcome. Come join us for a beginner-friendly yoga class. A good way to unwind from a long week and relax. Some mats will be available for use. 

3:30pm - 4:30pm

Printmaking Station by Iron Frog Press. All ages welcome to participate!

Illuminated Voices, an open mic featuring local poets, Joaquín Zihuatanejo and Terry Odis. Hosted by artist and writer, Darryl Ratcliff.
